Headlining the evening will be Brett Kissel, one of Canada’s most popular country music performers. Known for his energetic live shows and multiple chart-topping hits, Kissel’s performance will turn the fundraiser into a full-scale community celebration.

Organizers say the night will feature live country music, fundraising initiatives, and a high-energy atmosphere designed to bring the entire community together.

“We wanted to create an event that people would genuinely be excited about,” Laberge said. “Great music, a great crowd, and a great cause. That’s a pretty powerful combination.”

For the Strathroy Jets, the Hospice Hoedown represents everything the organization strives to stand for — bringing people together while supporting the community that supports them.

“Hockey is what brings everyone into the building,” Laberge said. “But the real goal is building something bigger than the game itself. Events like this help create a lasting legacy for our community.”
