Rural Family and Friends Block Party

The Rural Family & Friends Block Party is coming to Alexandra Park in Strathroy on Thursday, August 27 from 10 AM–6 PM!

Hosted by the Women’s Rural Resource Centre in partnership with the Thames Valley District School Board, this FREE community event is all about bringing local families together for a day of fun, connection and community.

Families can enjoy free BBQ, food truck fare, cotton candy and snow cones, plus live music, line dancing, bouncy castles, a dunk tank, face painting, giveaways and more. There will also be local organizations and community partners on site sharing family supports, programs and resources.
