The Strathroy Jets powered their way to a 6–3 victory over the Tilbury Bluebirds last night, backed by huge performances from both familiar stars and a returning NHL veteran.

Brandon Buck continued his offensive dominance, putting up 1 goal and 3 assists in another four-point night. Buck has been an absolute force this season, driving the Jets’ offense every time he’s on the ice.

But the headline of the night belonged to NHL veteran Brandon Prust, who returned to the lineup after missing a month and a half — and made an immediate statement.
Prust finished with 1 goal and 2 assists, bringing energy, leadership, and high-end playmaking that visibly elevated the entire team.

In goal, Evan DeBrouwer delivered a strong performance with 22 saves, shutting down Tilbury whenever momentum started to swing.

With the 6–3 win, the Jets now lead the season series 2–1 against Tilbury.
