Volunteer Appreciation Night

The Strathroy Jets are back at The Gemini this Friday night for a rematch with the Tilbury Bluebirds. Puck drop is at 7:30 PM. The teams split wins last weekend so expect another fight from both teams.

Friday is also Volunteer Appreciation Night. Every Jets home game runs on volunteers: the people at the front gate, selling tickets, keeping time, running the stream, and many more. We couldn’t do it without them, and Friday is our chance to say thank you.

Gerry Smithers, President of the Strathroy Lions Club, and some other all-star volunteers will drop the ceremonial puck, and we’ve saved room for one more. We want Strathroy to help us pick a local volunteer who deserves the honour. Head to our Facebook and tag them in the comments.

Grab your tickets early and come cheer on the Jets. See you Friday!
